Felipe Anderson has admitted it is a dream to be part of the Brazil squad.
The Lazio midfielder has been in superb form in Serie A this season and has been called up for the upcoming friendlies against Mexico and Honduras.
“It is a dream to be part of the Brazil squad,” Anderson posted on Facebook.
“I hope it is only the beginning as I want to be involved with the national team for years.”
Anderson is also on the standby list for Brazil’s Coppa America campaign this summer and Anderson wanted to thank his fans for their support.
“At this great moment of my life, I want to thank all those who have supported me. I am living a dream at the moment and I want to do everything I can to keep it going.
“The Coppa Italia final was special. It was perfect apart from the result.
“Everyone at the club should be proud. We fought until the end and lost against a great team in Juventus.”
