Fiorentina goalkeeper Neto has confirmed he will make a decision on where he’ll play next season by the end of next week, if not sooner.
The 25-year-old, recently called up to the Brazilian squad for the Copa America, made it known a few months ago he will leave the club when his current deal expires at the end of the season.
Juventus, Liverpool, Roma and Inter have all been linked with the shot-stopper, and Neto told Lancenet that his future will be clarified very soon.
“I hope my situation will be resolved in the course of the week, or at most, the next one,” Neto explained. “It will be my agent who will decide, I’ve left everything in his hands.”
“I’ve never had any issues with [coach Vincenzo] Montella, our relationship has always been very honest, and he knew everything about my decision to leave Florence.
“It was not an easy decision to make, but it was the best solution for me.”
