Genoa winger Edenilson confirms he is set to return to parent club Udinese at the end of his loan spell, despite his intention to stay at the Grifone.
The 25-year-old Brazilian has been a vital part of Genoa’s wonderful season, but the player admits that he is likely to return to the Friuli outfit at the end of the campaign.
“There is no contractual right to [puchase me] at Genoa, so in June I’ll return to Udinese,” Edenilson told Lancenet.
“Certainly, I found myself very well in the Rossoblu, and if I had a choice I would stay.”
Edenilson has made 29 appearances for the Grifone this season, and looks set to become an important member of the Udinese squad for next season.
