The latest auction of Parma has led to no offers to takeover the ailing Ducali.

Financial issues have not eased up for the relegated Crociati in recent months, with continuing attempts to sell the club finding no viable bids.

The latest statement from administrators reads: “In the insolvency of Parma FC SpA no binding offer for the purchase has been delivered to the required notary.”

With an increasingly dour future on the horizon for the Gialloblu, a new deadline has been set on when a prospective owner can make a formal offer for Parma.

“The judge has authorised administrators to continue with the provisional operation until June 15, with a new and final binding offer needing to be submitted by 12pm, June 9.”

The authorities have set an asking price of €4.5 million for Parma, who will finish bottom of Serie A in 2014/15 having so far registered just six wins, and having been deducted seven points for financial issues over the course of the season.
