Roma are ready to bolster their goal scoring options in the summer and are contemplating a move for Manchester City’s out-of-favour Edin Dzeko.
The Giallorossi’s highest scorer in Serie A this season has been Adem Ljajic who has managed just eight goals and coach Rudi Garcia has made signing a regular goal scorer a priority over the coming months.
Dzeko, 29, is almost certain to leave the Etihad and according to Corriere della Sera, the French tactician is keen to land the Bosnia and Herzegovina international. It is also reported that Garcia is also ready to compete with Juventus for Fiorentina’s Neto and wants to bring in Paris Saint-Germain’s Lucas Digne on loan.
After a difficult start to his City career following a €32 million move from Wolfsburg, Dzeko managed to find his form and has scored over 70 goals for the Citizens.
