Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic is reportedly expected to make an exit from the capital city club this summer and may be on the verge of continuing his career in Spain.

The 25-year-old, whose current contract with the Giallorossi is set to expire in June 2018, has been a target of multiple top clubs throughout Europe in recent times and it seems like a couple of them may be ready to take advantage of his inconsistencies in Rome as of late by making an offer for him in the coming months.

According to La Repubblica, the Bosnian international’s relationship with the Roma fans has been deteriorating due to a few lacking performances which may leave the club open to accepting bids of at least €20 million for his services, with Valencia being seen as one of the favourites to land him depending on their willingness to invest in his talents.

Reports from Mundo Deportivo, however, suggest that Barcelona are also interested in picking up the midfielder this summer as a replacement for the departing Xavi and could be ready to meet any of the Lupi’s demands.

Pjanic has scored five goals and provided nine assists in his 32 Serie A appearances this term thus far.
