Radja Nainggolan’s Roma future remains in serious doubt with the club still some way off reaching an agreement with his parent club Cagliari.

The Belgian midfielder joined the Giallorossi on loan for the latter half of last season before purchasing half the player’s contract last summer in order to have him join them for the current campaign.

With co-ownership deals ending, the player’s future must be resolved with Sport Mediaset reporting that the capital club are willing to offer €11 million to the relegated Isolani to secure his services on a permanent basis.

However, Cagliari are believed to be digging their heels in over a potential sale and will accept no less than €15m while Juventus are also being linked with a potential move should Arturo Vidal leave Turin this summer although given the somewhat colourful past the 27-year-old has had with Bianconeri supporters, such a move seems unlikely.

Nainggolan has made over 40 appearances in all competitions for the club this season, contributing five goals and three assists.
