Santos forward Gabriel Barbosa has reportedly been offered to AC Milan in exchange for Robinho.
The 18 year-old nicknamed ‘Gabigol’ has already scored over 20 goals for the Brazilian club, who are keen to retain Robinho, but are struggling to come up with a financial solution that Milan will accept.
According to Lancenet, the Rossoneri could receive the striker in a player swap including Robinho with the club eager to add young talent to their squad after a desperately poor season in Serie A.
Robinho has spent the season on loan at Santos and is keen to make his stay in Brazil permanent, while Barbosa’s agent revealed that his client could leave Santos soon.
“Yes, a transfer to AC Milan is possible,” the player’s agent Wagner Ribeiro said.
Santos have also reportedly offered Gustavo Henrique in exchange for Robinho.
