Udinese coach Andrea Stramaccioni has revealed that Antonio Di Natale could play his last Udinese game at Fruli on Sunday, but wants the veteran to stay at Udine for one more season.

Following two consecutive league loses to Sampdoria and Roma, Stramaccioni wants his side to get back into the winning ways by performing extraordinarily when they play Sassuolo at Stadio Fruli on Sunday.

“We want to finish on high note in front of our fans,” Stramaccioni told the press.

“Udinese players should give everything to win the game tomorrow.

“Igor Bubnjic has trained well with the team. He will start the game tomorrow.”

Former Inter coach also left some words on the future of the veteran striker Di Natale.

“Di Natale could play his last home game for Udinese tomorrow,” Stramaccioni said.

“He has scored 18 goals in 33 appearances this season, the stats prove he is still a great player.

“I want him to stay here for one more season, but if he wants to move, he has the rights to negotiate with other clubs.”
