Andrea Stramaccioni has missed his press conference ahead of Udinese’s game against Cagliari on Sunday, amid rumours that the former Inter coach is set to be replaced by Stefano Colantuono ahead of next season.

The Bianconeri travel to the Stadio Sant’Elia for their last match of the season against the already relegated Sardinians but Stramaccioni has skipped his press conference as rumours grow about his future in Udine.

Sky Sport Italia believe that the deal to replace Stramaccioni, who only succeeded Francesco Guidolin as coach last summer, has already been completed with former Atalanta coach Colantuono expected to be announced as the club’s new coach soon.

In other news for the Bianconeri, club captain Antonio Di Natale is set to miss Sunday’s game through injury, whilst Simone Scuffet will start in goal as Greek goalkeeper Orestiz Karnezis flies home for the birth of his son.

Udinese will also be without the suspended Brazilian midfielder Guilherme as well as Panagiotis Kone.
