Juventus legend Pavel Nedved has turned back time and had plastic surgery in order to compete in the European U21 Championships this summer.
The 20th year of the tournament will be held in the Czech Republic from 17-30 June, and 42-year-old Nedved has taken part in a promotional video for the competition.
