Juventus have been linked with the Chelsea playmaker before, but now look to accelerate their pursuit with Chelsea open to negotiations.
According to the London Evening Standard, Chelsea have put a €42 million price tag on Oscar and would only open negotiations if Juventus were to put down a bit of that amount.
The Brazilian playmaker arrived at Chelsea in 2012, making 94 appearances for the Blues and scoring 18 goals.
