Colombian striker Jackson Martinez has tweeted his thanks to Porto as he gets ready to decide between a move to Arsenal or AC Milan.

The 28-year-old has insisted that he will only decide upon his future after the Copa America but his tweet, after winning the Dragao de Ouro award again, suggests that he will definitely leave Portugal.

He posted on social media: “I am happy to win the Dragao de Ouro award for the third time. I thank God and everyone in the club: team-mates, staff and fans! #SomosPorto.”

However, the Rossoneri are going to face extreme competition from London giants Arsenal for the player with Metro reporting that the forward spoke favourably about a move to the Gunners.

“Arsenal are a great team who play in one of the best leagues in the world,” said Martinez. “I am still waiting to see what the future holds. I do not know yet but I will know soon.

“Whether it is in England, Italy or Spain, the most important thing is that both myself and my family are happy and that I can enjoy my football.”
