allan udineseNapoli have given up on their pursuit for Udinese’s Allan, as they feel he fails to represent good value, after the Zebrette asked for just under €20 million for the Brazilian.

New Empoli coach Maurizio Sarri has been keen to bolster the Partenopei midfield and has already raided his former side to land Mirko Valdifiori and his desire to sign more players has not gone unnoticed.

Allan had been the next target for Aurelio De Laurentiis, however he is not prepared to fork out €20 million for the 24-year-old Udinese man and according to Radio Crc, the club have turned their attentions to Sampdoria’s €10 million rated Italy international Roberto Soriano.

The former Brazil U20 international has spent the past three years plying his trade in Udine after a €3 million move from Vasco da Gama. Germany-born Soriano has made 102 league outings for the Blucerchiati over the past four seasons.
