Italian side Roma have agreed a deal allowing Brazilian midfielder Marquinho a switch to Dubai-based club Al Nasr.
The attacking midfielder spent last season on loan with Al-Ittihad who play in the Saudi Premier League and is no longer in Giallorossi coach Rudi Garcia’s plans for the new campaign.
As reported by Sky Sport Italia, the two teams have agreed on the transfer and it is now up to the player to sign the paperwork and make the transfer official.
Marquinho arrived in Italy back in 2012 from Fluminense and despite having made 52 league appearances for Roma, the 28-year-old was loaned out to Verona last year before being sent to Al-Ittihad.
He scored eight times in 18 games for the Jeddah-based outfit which looks to have been enough to convince admirers at Al Nasr to purchase the player.
