Roma are reportedly keen on bringing in Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda to Serie A during the transfer window.

The Giallorossi are keen to strengthen their frontline with rumours that Seydou Doumbia and Gervinho are set to leave the Stadio Olimpico before the new season begins.

Edin Dzeko and Carlos Bacca have been touted as potential targets, but now, according to Belgian newspaper La Derniere Heure, Roma are planning a move for Chelsea wonderkid Musonda.

It is thought that the Blues would be open to selling the 18-year-old forward for €10 million, though Roma have tabled a loan deal with option to buy.

Valencia, Marseille and Monaco are also keen on the Belgian U21 international who has a contract with Chelsea until 2019.

Rudi Garcia’s side have already completed a double deal from Genoa, which saw Iago Falque and Andrea Bertolacci join Roma.
