allan udineseUdinese president Franco Soldati has claimed that midfielder Allan is not for sale – although admitted that they could be open to doing a deal with Napoli.

That is due to the good relations between the clubs although that would still not help the Partenopei to a discount on the much-wanted midfielder who the Zebrette hope to cash in on big time as they have did with a number of their biggest names recently.

Soldati told Radio CRC: “Allan is an Udinese player and he is not for sale. He wants to grow as a player and the opportunities we can give him to do that are important. Napoli is a completely different scenario and audience for him.

“We will see how the story turns out because the Pozzo family and the De Laurentiis family have excellent relations. We want about €17-18 million for Allan because he is a major player who has been growing year after year, a remarkable talent who could do well in any team.

“As things stand, there are no formal offers for him and nothing is concrete.”

Soldati also insisted that the club have no intention of selling 22-year-old Swiss youngster Silvan Widmer.
