Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale has said he will talk to the club about his future.

There have been rumours that the 37-year-old could retire this summer, but the Italian has neither confirmed nor denied these speculations by saying that he has a meeting arranged with the President of the Bianconeri to discuss his future.

“I have agreed to meet with the president,” Di Natale told Avvenire.

“Then, when I have decided my future, I will tell the rest of the club.”

He did acknowledge, however, that, at his age, players tend to shorten the amount of time they play in order to stay healthy.

“It’s normal that players my age cannot play all the time, football is like that and when I was young I saw my teammates look after themselves after a certain age.”
