Liverpool are contemplating making a bid for AC Milan’s Jeremy Menez, with the Rossoneri not ruling out a sale.

The Premier League club have money to spend after the huge sale of Raheem Sterling which added €70 million to their coffers and with some of that set to be reinvested in another attacking wide player, Frenchman Menez could well be on his way to Anfield.

Mediaset reports that Liverpool have identified Menez as their top target to replace Sterling.

Liverpool would be willing to offer €15 million to secure the services of the former Roma man and whilst Milan have refused to speculate on a transfer, it is believed that vice president Adriano Galliani would consider an offer.

Menez joined the Rossoneri from French champions Paris Saint-Germain in 2014, scoring 16 goals in his debut season as Milan finished a disappointing 10th in Serie A.
