The agent of Mohamed Salah has hit out at Fiorentina, branding them ”pathetic” as the club prepares to take legal action over the current transfer saga.

Salah spent the second half of last season on loan at the Viola from Chelsea and the club believe that they have a deal in place for a permanent transfer, but the club have yet to hear from either the player or Chelsea.

“Salah is a Chelsea player at this moment,” Abbas told tuttomercatoweb.com.

”It’s regrettable that Fiorentina have decided to take this course of action as the document we have is crystal clear. It is very sad to see a club as big as Fiorentina resorting to these pathetic attempts and Salah would like to play for a club with different moral values and professionalism.”

Inter are also believed to beinterested in the 23-year-old which has prompted Fiorentina Co-Owner Andrea Della Valle to take legal action as he believes that the Nerazzurri have contaced the player whilst contracted to them and that their is an agreement in place for Salah to sign for Fiorentina.
