Ivan Perisic’s agent has spoken out saying that he remains hopeful that a deal can be reached between Inter and Wolfsburg.
The Nerazzurri have had a reasonably successful summer so far, bringing in four major signings with a deal for Perisic and others currently looking likely.
Speaking to FcInterNews.it, Perisic’s agent said “We hope to close the deal quickly,
“As we’ve already said, Inter are a destination Ivan would like and I’d really love to see him with a Nerazzurri jersey.
“Now it’s up to Inter and Wolfsburg to work it out, although the Germans don’t seem that willing to sell him.”
Perisic was part of the furniture for Die Wolfe last season, making 32 appearances in all competitions scoring six goals in the process and making six assists.
