Ajax are preparing a move for highly rated AC Milan youngster Hachim Mastour.
The 17-year-old has been touted as one of Serie A’s brightest prospects and has been gaining admirers all over the world.
According to MilanNews.it, the Dutch club have approached the Rossoneri for information on the availability of the youngster.
This wouldn’t be the first time a bright young Serie A prospect has left for the Eredivisie, with PSV Eindhoven signing Roma’s Gianluca Scamacca earlier this year.
Mastour made six appearances for Italy’s Under-16 side before opting to represent Morocco at senior level, saying he considers the country to be his home.
Having been capped during the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers, he is now ineligible to play for Italy.
