Queens Park Rangers and Bolton Wanderers are just two of the possible destinations for ex-Cagliari full-back Francesco Pisano.

The Sardinian has played for the Isolani for all of his career, breaking into the first team in 2004 and playing 13 league games as the Rossoblu finished 18th in last season’s Serie A, demoting them to Italy’s second-tier.

29-year-old Pisano will not be part of the rebuilding process at the Stadio Sant’Elia and has not been offered a new contract, leaving the right-back free to talk to other clubs; Sardegnasport.com believes Championship clubs QPR and Bolton are the most likely destinations.

Both the Wanderers and the Rs are in the process of overhauling their squad, Bolton attempting to readjust their budget after a number of years outside the Premier League and QPR, having just been relegated from the top flight, have already seen a large number of departures this summer.
