Former Parma boss would love to coach Fiorentina

Roberto Donadoni has admitted he would love to coach Fiorentina.

The former AC Milan player left Parma at the end of last season after the club finished 20th in Serie A amid financial difficulties but Donadoni is keen on a to return to football.

“I would love to coach Fiorentina,” Donadoni told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“They are great club who play football in the right way.

“But they have chosen Paulo Sousa as their new coach.

“I wish him and the club all the very best.

“I am looking to return to football.

“But it has to be at the right club and at the right time for me.

“I have a responsibility to those who assist me, my back room staff.

“I would like to start a new project with them soon.”
