Inter have officially announced the signing of striker Stevan Jovetic from Manchester City.
The Montenegrin’s move to the Nerazzurri was heavily publicised by the club, with pictures of his medical being shared freely, but with the official announcement made supporters can now start to look forward to seeing the new recruit in action.
“Stevan Jovetic is officially with us!” the club stated on their Twitter account, accompanied by a photograph of the player holding up the famous blue-and-black striped shirt.
Jovetic has put pen-to-paper on a four-year contract with Roberto Mancini’s side.
However, the official agreement between the two sides is for a one-and-a-half year loan spell, with the obligation to make the transfer permanent upon the loan’s expiry.
By 2017, Inter will have paid roughly €17 million for the player’s services to the selling club.
