Inter are being linked with a sensational swoop for Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who also remains a target of AC Milan.

The Nerazzurri already muscled their city rivals out of the running for midfield recruit Geoffrey Kondogbia from Monaco, and are apparently attempting to do exactly the same again with the mercurial forward, who previously turned out for both Milanese outfits.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Inter coach Roberto Mancini would like to stage a reunion with Ibrahimovic at the Stadio Meazza, having won the Serie A title there together in 2007 and 2008, during the tactician’s first spell in charge.

The Biscione are also in talks with the agent of Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic, but that hasn’t stopped links to the Swede from surfacing.

Speculation suggests that the 33-year-old could soon find himself out in the cold at PSG, due to the latest phase of their project to challenge the European elite.
