Inter director Piero Ausilio has dismissed reports that the club are interested in Paris Saint-Germain star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The 33-year-old Swedish international has been linked with an exit from the French giants all summer, mainly with AC Milan, but also recently with the Nerazzurri.
The veteran has one deal left on his current contract, but reports suggest that he is available at a cut-price offer which has alerted the attention of the Serie A rivals.
Ausilio was speaking with Sport Mediaset when he declared that the striker would not be returning to the club due to Inter’s new criteria when deciding which players to sign.
“Ibra has not been discussed, its not a situation that is compatible at a financial level with our transfer program and ideas,” Ausilio said.
Ibrahimovic netted 30 goals in 35 appearances for PSG last season.
