Following a loan spell at Cordoba last season, Inter midfielder Rene Krhin looks set to return to Spain as Granada close in on a deal.

The Slovenian international has been with the Nerazzurri since joining as a 16-year-old in 2007 but has failed to establish himself in the first team, with a spell at Bologna in addition to his loan move to Cordoba.

According to Ideal, Krhin is a few steps away from sealing a permanent move away from the Giuseppe Meazza as Granada look to complete a transfer for the 25-year-old.

Representatives of the Andalusian club met with Inter to push through the deal and the arrangement is said to be in the final stages.

Krhin joined Inter from Slovenian club Maribor but since making his debut in 2009 has only gone on to make a further seven appearances for the club.
