Inter are monitoring the situation of want-away Dinamo Moscow star Mathieu Valbuena.

The 30-year-old French international only moved to the Russian club from Marseille last summer, but quickly established himself as one of the best players in the league.

Sky Sport Italia report that Inter director Piero Ausilio is trying to bring in a winger at Roberto Mancini’s request and has identified a number of targets including Wolfsburg’s Ivan Perisic and Chelsea’s Juan Cuadrado.

The latest target however is Valbuena, who is considering an exit from Moscow in the summer due to the club’s suspension from participating in Europe next season.

The player realizes that with EURO 2016 on the horizon, he must be playing at the highest level to give himself the best chance of making the tournament on his home soil.

Valbuena netted four goals and assisted 13 others in 34 appearances for Dinamo this season.
