Las Palmas are bracing themselves for another assault by Palermo next week for the services of star striker Sergio Araujo.
The 23-year-old Argentinian youth international had a superb season for the Canary Island outfit on loan from Boca Juniors, with his 25 goals shooting them up to promotion to La Liga this season.
The newly-promoted side managed to buy the player outright and sign him to a new five-year deal last month, but are aware he could still leave if a big enough offer arrives.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reveal that Palermo made tentative inquiries last week for Araujo, but were told to come back with at least €18 million if they want to sign the player.
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini is only willing to go up to €15 million, so is scheduling to fly to Spain himself to try and personally work out a deal.
The Rosanero see Araujo as the perfect replacement for Paulo Dybala, who completed a move to champions Juventus earlier this summer.
