Lazio have rejected a €60 million offer from Manchester United for Felipe Anderson and Stefan De Vrij as they are both too important to sell.

Both players have been linked with moves away from the club, however the club has no intention of letting their prize assets leave.

It has been reported by Sport Mediaset that Lazio have swiftly rejected a combined offer of €60 million for both Anderson and De Vrij.

Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal worked with De Vrij during his time as coach of the Netherlands and has showed interest in the player for over a year.

De Vrij only joined Lazio at the start of last season, having signed from Feyenoord, whereas Anderson has been at the club since 2013.

The Biancocelesti finished last season in third place in Serie A, with both Anderson and De Vrij staring throughout the campaign.
