Stevan Jovetic has moved a step closer to the completion of his move from Manchester City to Inter, with his medical underway in Milan.
The 25-year-old Montenegro International arrived in Italy on Monday ahead of the tests, which are taking place at the Humanitas clinic in the city, before he is expected to put pen-to-paper on the contract later on Tuesday.
“I’m feeling fine physically,” said Jovetic to the assembled media when arriving at Malpensa airport.
According to The Daily Mail the deal will consist of a €3 million payment for an initial one-year loan period, which will also include a mandatory purchase option to be triggered next season for a further €12 million.
