alessio romagnoli sampdoriaNapoli have reportedly set their sights on Roma defender Alessio Romagnoli, but the Giallorossi will not sell the sought-after youngster for less than €30 million.

The 20-year-old spent last season on-loan at Sampdoria, and after impressing during his time with the Blucerchiati, the Italy Under-21 international is in high demand with AC Milan also keen to land the defender.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Partenopei have made an initial approach for the defender, but with the Giallorossi looking for at least €30 million for the defender, that fee could be a stumbling block for the Azzurri.

Despite the challenge posed by the fee and the Rossoneri, the Azzurri will press ahead and hope to come to agreement with the capital club and land what would be a major coup for Maurizio Sarri’s new side.

The Anzio born defender made 30 appearances for Samp last season while scoring two goals.
