Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler has reportedly turned down an offer to join Watford, as the 31-year-old prefers a move to Serie A rivals Fiorentina.
The former Udinese player is reportedly part of a deal that would see Allan join the Azzurri, with Inler and current teammate Miguel Britos joining Watford, but it appears as though the midfielder has no intention of moving to the Premier League.
La Nazione reports that the Switzerland international would prefer to remain in Italy, with Fiorentina waiting in the wings and ready to bring him to Florence this summer.
Inler joined Napoli from Udinese in 2011 and has since gone on to score 13 goals in 166 appearances for the Partenopei.
