Italian giants Roma are looking to force themselves in between the current tug-of-war battle for Cheslea’s Mohamed Salah, by offering to take the player on loan to the Stadio Olimpico.
The Egyptian winger has been subject of an ongoing transfer saga between rivals Inter and Fiorentina, with as yet no firm decision taken by the club or the player on an eventual destination.
Reports from Sportmediaset are suggesting that the Giallorossi are hoping to take advantage of the stalled talks by making a firm request to the London-based outfit to take Salah on a loan deal for the new season.
The side coached by Frenchman Rudi Garcia almost signed the player last January, but the move failed to materialise as Salah was shipped off to Fiorentina instead, as a makeweight for the Juan Cuadrado transfer.
