Sevilla are ready to bring an end to Jose Callejon’s two year stay in Italy and offer the Napoli winger a chance to return to his native Spain.
The twice-capped international has become a key member of the Partenopei squad and the club do not want to lose the versatile forward who could yet be tempted to a move to Andalusia.
According to Sport Mediaset, the current Europa League holders have contacted the Neapolitan outfit about the 28-year-old’s availability, knowing that they will have to make a substantial offer to prise Callejon away.
The winger joined Napoli in 2013 from Real Madrid for €10 million and managed an impressive 20 goals in his debut season. He was equal top scorer in the Coppa Italia run that year, as the side went on to win the tournament.
