Udinese’s friendly with Galatasaray on Saturday evening was abandoned after just 35 minutes, as fans pelted the pitch with a barrage of flares.

The match was still at 0-0 when a small band of Galatasaray supporters started throwing flares onto the field.
Initially the referee suspended the game, but after a prolonged period of time the Galatasaray players decided they would not return to the field thus forcing the game to be abandoned.
