RomagnoliAlessio Romagnoli is set to join AC Milan from Roma after the two clubs reached an agreement for the defender.

The Rossoneri have finally landed their target after long negotiations between them and the Giallorossi over the transfer fee for the young defender.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the two Serie A clubs have reached an agreement for a fee of €25 million plus €5 million in added bonuses.

The fee is thought to be in the middle ground between the two clubs with Roma previously demanding €30 million while the Rossoneri were not willing to offer more than €25 million.

The agreement for the centre-back is set to be formalised as both parties are in the process of exchanging documents.

Romagnoli made 30 appearances for Sampdoria while on loan from Roma in the 2014-2015 campaign, working under new Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

just about time. so are there any news about milan offloading useless players or any progress in signing midfielder? the real problem is still unfixed as milan still need to improve to be combative again. a visioner passer is needed.
