AC Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is satisfied with the team’s efforts in pre-season and has set his expectations from them.

The Rossoneri have beaten bitter rivals Inter and narrowly lost to Real Madrid on penalties so far in their pre-season preparations for the 2015/16 Serie A campaign and Mihajlovic is pleased with the work the squad has been doing.

“I am satisfied with the work done so far,” the 46-year-old told Milan’s official website.

“The team put a lot of effort in and the players try to put into practice what they’ve learned in training.

“We have changed our players and coach so it’s definitely not easy, but come the start of the new season I’m sure we will be ready.”

The Croat then spoke about his expectations for Milan in the upcoming Serie A season.

“It is a competitive league, but we want to finish in the top three,” he said.
