Zaccardo has been told he is surplus to requirements at the Rossoneri as the Milan hierarchy are keen on getting him off their wage bill.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the former Parma full-back will sign one year deal with the Biancorossi, which will have a clause to trigger another year should he make a certain number of appearances.

Calcionews24.com report that the newly promoted side may face competition from Pescara who are looking for additions to create a squad capable of gaining promotion from Serie B.

The 33-year-old was an Italian international and has 17 caps to his name. He has also played for the likes of Palermo and Wolfsburg.
