Soriano - AC Milan v SampdoriaAC Milan are no longer interested in signing Sampdoria midfielder Roberto Soriano.

The Rossoneri had been linked with a move to bring the Italian to the Stadio Meazza recently, but it was a choice for the Milan management between Soriano and Genoa midfielder Juraj Kucka.

As reported by Sky Sport Italia, now that the Italian giants have completed the signing of Kucka, Milan do not want to sign Soriano anymore as they appear to have found what they were looking for in the centre of the field.

The 28-year-old has supposedly joined Sinisa Mihajlovic’s squad for a fee believed to be €3 million plus bonuses.

The ex-Sampdoria coach will therefore not be reunited with his former colleague Soriano, who has got 10 goals in 108 games for the Blucerchiati so far since joining them in 2010.
