The agent of Inter defender Danilo D’Ambrosio has denied that the player will leave the club.
The 26-year-old has been linked with numerous clubs this summer and but his agent insists Inter are not interested in selling D’Ambrosio.
“Inter are not looking to sell D’Ambrosio,” Vincenzo Pisacane, D’Ambrosio’ agent, told FcInternews.it.
“Everybody has a price and can be sold, but Inter have not intention of selling D’Ambrosio.
“I talked with Piero Ausilio [Inter’s sporting director] and he confirmed that the club want D’Ambrosio to stay at Inter.
“The rumours about him joining Schalke 04 are completely false.
“There is interest from abroad but no offers have been made.
“Should a big offer be made then Inter might consider it.
“But I repeat D’Ambrosio is very much an Inter player and the club do not want to sell him.
“The player is happy to be at a great club.
“He is working under a superb coach in Roberto Mancini, their relationship is good.”
Numerous clubs including Roma, Fiorentina, Napoli, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are all interested in signing D’Ambrosio.
