Frosinone.

Atalanta beat Frosinone 2-0 in a one-sided game that could have ended in a worse scoreline for the newly promoted side had it not been for goalkeeper Nicola Leali’s heroic performance.

“The Frosinone goalkeeper (Nicola Leali) was impressive on a number of occasions,” Reja told reporters after the match.

“We had a lot of opportunities to score in the first half but their keeper was superb.

“I asked for both intensity and character from my players and they responded very well from last week’s defeat to Inter.

“We are doing well and I am happy, the boys are too which is great.

“I could not ask for more, it has been a good start to the season.”
