Paletta only joined the Rossoneri in January, penning a three and a half year deal, however after a series of unimpressive performances he has found himself out of favour and with the recent arrival of Alessio Romagnoli, he had been pushed further down the pecking order.

The 29-year-old central defender spent five years with Parma after plying his trade for Banfield, Liverpool and Boca Juniors.
He made three international appearances for Italy during 2014 despite representing Argentina at the U20 level.
