Cagliari sign Juventus striker with midfielder ready to move the other way

Alberto CerriJuventus striker Alberto Cerri is set to move to Cagliari on loan.

Juve are also in talks to sign the Sardinian side’s highly rated 19-year-old Ghanian midfielder Godfred Donsah.

According to Tuttosport, Cerri has signed for Cagliari on a season-long loan for a fee of €1 million.

The 19-year-old Italian striker moved to Juve after his former club Parma went bankrupt.

The Bianconeri are in talks with the Cagliari directors over a move for Donsah who has also been linked with Fiorentina and Bologna but the Serie A champions are reportedly in pole position to sign the former Hellas Verona midfielder.

Juventus are keen to sign the young midfielder and then send him back to Cagliari on loan for another season to get more playing time in Serie B.

Donsah made 23 appearances and scored one goal for Cagliari during the 2014-15 Serie A season.
