Empoli defender Elseid Hysaj is just a medical away from completing his move to Napoli.
Hysaj played under new Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri last season at Empoli and he is on the verge following Sarri to the San Paolo.
According to Calcionews24.com, Hysaj is currently in Naples to undergo the medical.
Empoli have agreed to sale Hysaj to Napoli for €5 million plus €1m in performance-related bonuses.
The Albania international has already agreed personal terms with Napoli and will sign a contract worth €600,000 per season.
Hysaj made 36 appearances for Empoli during the 2014/15 season as the newly promoted side stayed up with an eight point cushion.
Napoli have already signed a defender this summer after bringing in Vlad Chiriches from English side Tottenham Hotspur.
