Inter boss Roberto Mancini has admitted that this weekend’s game away to Carpi at the Stadio Alberto Braglia will be a difficult test.
The 50-year-old also looked ahead to the Derby della Madonnina on 13 September as well giving a brief reflection on the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 win at home to Atalanta on the opening weekend.
”The derby against Mihajlovic? The game against Carpi will be more difficult and a lot will depend on how we prepare ourselves,” Mancini told Inter Channel.
”The 1-0 win against Atalanta? A victory is good whichever way it is achieved, even by suffering. In the first game you always suffer.
Carpi got thrashed 5-2 on the opening day against Sampdoria and will be hoping to spring an upset, whilst Inter will want to maintain their 100% record.
