Juventus are interested in a move for Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri.
The Frenchman has slipped down the Premier League side’s pecking order after they shelled out a fee of around €75 million for Wolfsburg’s Kevin De Bruyne, however the player would prefer to remain in Manchester and fight for his place in City’s starting eleven.
According to British newspaper the Daily Mail, the Bianconeri are considering making an offer for the former Arsenal midfielder after being dealt a series of blows in their pursuit of other midfield targets such as Bayern Munich’s Mario Gotze and Real Madrid’s Isco.
Nasri made the switch to the Etihad stadium from Premier League rivals Arsenal in summer 2011 and only signed a new four-year contract with the Manchester club last season.
