Juventus are targeting Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin to bolster their midfield.

The Bianconeri have sold Andrea Pirlo and Arturo Vidal this summer and with new midfielder Sami Khedira picking up an injury which will keep him out for two months, Juve are hoping to add to their midfield.

According to Premium Sport, Juventus are following Guarin and are ready to pounce if and when the player becomes available.

It is also thought the Bianconeri would be willing to include striker Fernando Llorente as part of the deal.

Juventus famously almost signed Guarin in 2014 in a swap deal including Mirko Vucinic.

Complications in the deal and a backlash from Inter fans, however, saw the deal break down.

Guarin was an important member of Inter’s side last season making 25 Serie A starts scoring six goals and creating six assists.

He joined the Nerazzurri in 2012 from FC Porto.
