Juventus will hold talks in China with Spanish side Atletico Madrid over the signing of Guilherme Siqueira.

With Filipe Luis rejoining Atletico this summer it could spell the end of Siqueira’s time in Madrid and Juventus are leading the race for the defender.

As reported by Tuttosport, Juventus will meet with Atletico when the Spanish side play a friendly in Shanghai.

According to reports Atletico are asking for €9 million for the defender while at the moment Juventus are only willing to pay €7 million.

Relations between the two clubs are good but a lot of work needs to be done in order to secure a deal.

Juventus bought forward Mario Mandzukic from Atletico earlier in the summer.

The Bianconeri have turned their attention to Siqueira with defensive targets Abdul Rahman Baba close to joining Chelsea and Alex Sandro too expensive to sign from Porto.
